  • You will need a subscription to Squarespace 7.1. You don't need to sign up yet though, We'll walk you through the signing up process after you purchase.

    There are some blocks that are business plan only eg: Shop, Newsletter Block, Announcement Bar. If you want to use those elements, you will need to use the Business Plan. Otherwise, the rest of the template will work fine on the Personal Plan.

  • The domain is the name of your website (eg “yourbrandname.com”).

    You can purchase this anytime and you will only need to connect it when your website is ready to go live. This process isn’t complicated and is described in our tutorial.

1. CHOOSE YOUR TEMPLATE & SEND AN ENQUIRY

Start by selecting the Squarespace template that feels right for your brand. Then, fill out the enquiry form to begin the process.

2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Within 1 business day, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your launch date and a copy of your Personalized Template Customization Form. To secure your spot in the calendar, a 10% deposit is required at this stage.

3. SUBMIT YOUR MATERIALS | Day 1

Upload your completed Personalized Template Customization Form, along with all branding assets, copy, and visuals, to Google Drive. If you don’t have custom images, we’ll source high-quality, free stock photos that beautifully align with your brand.

4. DESIGN PHASE | Day 2-4

We begin customizing your chosen template to reflect your brand identity, website goals, and user experience, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality.

5. PRESENTATION & REVISIONS | Day 5-6

After your design presentation day, you’ll receive a link to the Change Request Form, where you can list any updates you’d like, such as adjusting colors, updating text, or swapping images. This helps us stay organized and ensures your revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently.

6. LAUNCHING | Day 7

Once you’ve approved the final design and completed the final payment, we’ll finalise all the technical details (like connecting your domain, setting up SEO, etc.). Then, ownership of your live website will be transferred to your account. Your NEW website will be live and ready to support your business online!

7. OFFBOARDING & SUPPORT

You’ll receive offboarding notes with helpful tips for managing your site, plus 6 months of online access to our exclusive Webrunway Tutorial Library. It includes structured lessons and video tutorials, bonus content, and resources to help you confidently manage, update, and add new content to your site. You’ll also have 6 months of email support to ensure you feel supported every step of the way post-launch.

  • A domain name is the address of your website (https://yourbusinessname.com). You don't need to have a domain before booking the service — we can help you choose one and set it up through Squarespace.

  • Yes.

    Domain name. You’ll need to purchase a domain name if you don’t already own one for your business (We recommend using Squarespace ~$20/year).

    Website hosting.  You will need to purchase a Squarespace hosting plan (~$18/month).

    Stock images. Some stock imagery is free, but not always. If you want custom imagery on your website, you’ll need to source them and purchase them separately.
