1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Webrunway Studio. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All website templates and designs remain the intellectual property of Webrunway Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates.

3. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WEBSITE TEMPLATES

  • You may use templates for personal or client projects.

  • Each Squarespace Template purchase may be used for one website. 1 template purchase = 1 license for 1 website. If you want to use the same template on a second website, you will need to repurchase it again to buy another license.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing our templates is strictly prohibited.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • All payments must be completed before digital products are delivered or design services begin.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless a file is defective.

  • Custom web design projects require a deposit before work starts.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Webrunway Studio is not responsible for issues arising from template misuse, compatibility issues, or changes in third-party platforms.

  • To send marketing emails (only if you opt-in).

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for secure payment processing. Your financial data is not stored on our servers.

4. DATA PROTECTION

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access, modification, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (WEBSITE TEMPLATES)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds unless a file is defective.

  • If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

TEMPLATE CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the launch date has been confirmed.

  • If you cancel before the final stage of the project, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

WEBSITE TEMPLATES SHOP POLICY

TEMPLATE SUPPORT POLICY

Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid 6 months from date of purchase. Any support after this time will be at an extra cost.

We are happy to help you with support relating to:

  • template related questions, anything business related is not included.

  • custom code support only for CSS that is included with the template

We offer support via email and we aim to respond within 1 business day though this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances.

SQUARESPACE TEMPLATE DELIVERY

We will always do our best to have your template sent within 24 hours, but this time frame may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances and we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. Please contact us if it has been over and you have not yet received your template.

SQUARESPACE TEMPLATE OWNERSHIP

Once the template is added into your account it is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot reverse these for you.

A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template delivered only once. 

If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, if you accidentally delete the template, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will need to repurchase the template so we can send it again.

Your template will come into your account on a 6 month free trial. If you let this free trial run out, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template so we redeliver it. Make sure your trial doesn’t run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension, or upgrading your site to a paid plan.

  1. The design is copyrighted by Webrunway Studio

  2. You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.

  3. You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

  4. Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing/copyright issues that may occur through your use of any supplied images. 

SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR TEMPLATE CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES

1. SCOPE OF WORK
Webrunway Studio agrees to provide template customization services as outlined in your proposal. Additional services may incur extra fees.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 10% deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the customization service.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. REVISIONS & EDITS
Clients are entitled to one round of revisions by submitting the Change Request Form. Additional changes will be billed separately.

4. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

  • Clients receive full rights to the final design upon full payment.

  • Webrunway Studio retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.

5. TERMINATION
 If the client cancels the project, Webrunway Studio reserves the right to retain any payments made for work completed.

Webrunway Studio provides website templates and template customization services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee business success, SEO ranking improvements, or third-party integrations.
